Special Notice: The Court has approved the Settlement (to view this Order, please click here). In approving the Settlement, the Court amended the Plan of Allocation as stated in the Notice of Pendency and Proposed Settlement of Class Action (the "Notice"). Specifically, the Court removed the de minimis provision set forth in the Plan of Allocation of the Net Settlement Fund on Page 7 of the Notice. The initial distribution will now include those eligible claimants with an award amount less than $10. However, the Court has replaced the de minimis provision by limiting each claimant to one check negotiable within 60 days. Accordingly, the Claims Administrator will not be authorized to issue new or replacement checks; we therefore encourage you to negotiate your settlement checks immediately upon receipt. Please note, the claims administrator is still processing claims and will continue to do so throughout the next several months. A distribution will not occur until the claim processing is complete, and the Court approves all eligible claimants. If you have any questions, please contact us at any time.
